ORDER ACCEPTENCE:

To order a product please follow the ordering procedures set out on our web store. If an order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to the buyer by electronic means to the email address given to us on registration or on ordering.

 

Details of our prices and procedures for payment and delivery are displayed clearly on our web store. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason.

 

PAYMENT:

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards over the phone, Pay Pal, BACS/CHAPS, Cheque or Postal Order.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

We can cancel orders, however, if the request to cancel is received after the order has been dispatched or delivered, the buyer will need to follow our returns policy.

 

DELIVERY:

All orders are sent within one working day of purchase on a next day insured and trackable home delivery service.  We dispatch Monday- Friday only and our cut off time for same day dispatch is 9.30am. A dispatch confirmation notice is sent to the email address given to us on registration or on ordering, upon dispatch of the order.

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

Parcels must be signed for, unless prior consent is given for the order to be left without a signature. If a parcel is left without a signature at the request of the buyer, then the right to make a claim in the event of loss or damage will be void.

 

ORDER NOT ARRIVED?

All shipments can be tracked online and tracking details can be retrieved by logging into the order history. In addition, an email notification is sent from the carrier to the email address given to us on registration or on ordering, with tracking details enclosed. Therefore, if an order is not received within the expected timescale, it can usually be tracked easily.

 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left for the recipient, with further instructions to follow. These instructions must be followed in order to avoid further delay.

 

From time to time, due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed; but we cannot be held responsible for delays and we do not offer compensation or refunds for late deliveries. If we are aware of any factors which may cause a delayed delivery for any of our customers (such as bank holidays or adverse weather for example), then this information will be displayed on the homepage of our main website

FAILED DELIVERIES:

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, because the recipient has either:

a)      refused to accept it

b)      exhausted all delivery attempts

c)      failed to respond to a card/rearrange a delivery

then this shall be classed as an unauthorised return. Please see our returns policy for information regarding unauthorised returns.

 

DAMAGED PARCELS:

Recipients must check the condition of their parcel/s upon delivery.

When an order is delivered, the recipient is required to sign paperwork which clearly states ‘received in good order’; therefore if an order is signed for, but then later reported as damaged; we will be unable to replace or refund, and any attempt to claim against the carrier will be dismissed.

 

If a parcel is received in unsatisfactory condition, it should be refused so that the courier can return it to us, and then once the goods have been received back by us for inspection, we will replace them at no extra cost. However, if a parcel is found to be in good condition, it will be held by us until a further delivery charge is paid to re-ship.

 

RETURNS:

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.

 

However, all returns must be authorised by us. To have a return authorised, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery and the goods must be received back by us within 7 working days of the original delivery date. All returns must be sent back to us in their unused, original condition, and in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please take reasonable care to ensure that goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit (for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods).

 

For authorised returns, we will refund the original price paid, including original shipping cost, but NOT the return shipping costs, within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Please note that unauthorised returns will not be accepted. This includes deliveries that have been refused for anything other than a damage or loss complaint. This means that any item that is returned to us without authorisation will NOT be refunded. Unauthorised returns shall be held for a period of 30 days, after which they shall be disposed of.
