Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products available through this website meet your specific requirements.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
 
2.1. ORDER ACCEPTENCE:
To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our web store. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by electronic means to the email address you have given us on registration or on ordering.Details of our prices for the products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed clearly on our web store. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason.
 
2.2 PAYMENT:
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
We accept Credit/Debit Cards over the phone, PayPal, BACS/CHAPS, Cheque or Postal Order. Please allow enough time for Cheques and Postal Orders to arrive and clear!
Any orders that remain unpaid after a period of 7 days will be cancelled by us, unless other arrangements have been made.
 
2.3. DELIVERY:
(i) Dispatch and Delivery times:
All shipments are sent on a 48 hour insured and trackable home delivery service. You should therefore receive your order within three working days.
(ii) Delivery timescales:
We process orders daily and dispatch them Monday- Friday only. All orders are sent within one working day of purchase. Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 9.30am. Therefore, if your order is received after 9.30am, it will not be processed or shipped until the following working day.
Typical examples:
Order and payment received Monday 8am= Delivery Tuesday/Wednesday
Order and payment received Thursday 2pm= Delivery Monday/Tuesday
Order and payment received Friday 9.20am= Delivery Monday/Tuesday
(iii) Receiving your order:
Parcels must be signed for, unless you have given prior consent for the order to be left without a signature (at the time of order). If your parcel is left without a signature at your request, then you forfeit the right to make a claim in the event of loss or damage.
(iv) Delayed deliveries:
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carriers and we do not offer compensation for late deliveries unless you paid extra for a GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE. i.e. DHL Diamond (a next day delivery service for UK Mainland residents, which carries a £12.00 per parcel surcharge).
 
2.4. ORDER NOT RECEIVED?:
All orders are trackable online. You may track your order yourself at any time by entering your tracking number at www.dhl.co.uk. You can find your parcel tracking number an in email that is sent to you once your order has been shipped.
 
Alternatively, if you are unable to access the tracking facility yourself, please contact us with your order number, and we will be happy to trace your order and provide tracking information. 
 
ORDER NOT RECEIVED FAQ’s
 
I cannot find any tracking information:
Please ensure that you have entered the correct parcel number. If you are still having problems, please give us a call and we will advise you further.
 
The tracking says I have been left a card, but I can’t find one:
If the tracking advises that delivery has been attempted and a card has been left, then you will need to contact the Couriers to request a re-delivery. We are unable to rearrange deliveries on behalf of our customers, sorry.
 
The tracking says my parcel has been delivered but I haven’t signed for it.
Please check with your neighbours to see if they signed for your parcel on your behalf. If not, and you are certain that the goods are not in your possession, please contact us and we will request proof of signature and take the matter further if required.
 
The tracking says that my Parcel is being held at the depot due to damage:
Unfortunately, some parcels can get damaged in transit. If your parcel is being held due to damage, we will request that the courier returns it to us, and we will replace the order at our cost.
 
I think my parcel has been lost?
For any orders that appear to have been lost; a trace investigation will be opened with the couriers and we will replace the order at our cost when we receive confirmation from the couriers that the parcel cannot be located. This process can take up to seven days.
 
2.6. FAILED DELIVERIES:
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, because the recipient has exhausted all delivery attempts or because a buyer has failed to respond to a card/rearrange a delivery, then this will be classed as an unauthorised return. We will not re-deliver unauthorised returns at our cost. In such circumstances, the recipient will have two options:
  1. To pay another delivery charge at the original rate paid and we will re-send.
  2. To receive a partial refund. We will process a refund minus the original postage charge, and minus a further fee of £10 per parcel to cover admin fees and our return courier charge.
2.7. DAMAGED PARCELS:
If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery so that the courier can return the order to us. Upon receipt, we will then replace the order at our cost.
 
2.8. RETURNS:
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.
To return anything, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Returns must be received back by us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

If you request to cancel an order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in their unused, original condition, and in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation to the following address:

When returning an order, you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods (this is the price that you paid, not our cost to manufacture). Providing that the goods are then received by us in their original condition, we will refund your money, excluding delivery charges, within 30 days.
