Order and Payment Process:

 

To place an order via this web shop, simply add the products you need to your shopping basket by selecting the 'buy it now' image, and then choose the relevant quantity.

 

If you would like to order other products, select ‘continue shopping’, or if you are ready to check out, select the ‘delivery method’ required (from the drop down list), and then click on ‘check out’...

 

You will then be directed to the ‘checkout page’:

  Please enter your email address and follow the instructions as follows:

 

If you are a new customer, please select ‘continue with checkout’ and you will then be directed to a page where you will need to create a password and complete your contact details.

 

If you are a returning customer, please enter your password, and then press ‘continue with checkout’ (and the system will re-direct you to a page with your contact details already displayed).

 

If you need delivery to an alternative address, please tell us at this point by completing the lower part of the form, or if not, just tick ‘same as billing’

 

Next, select 'Continue' and you will then be directed to an ‘Order Summary’ page where you can check your order and select your payment method:

 

We accept Pay Pal, Credit & Debit Cards over the phone,

Bank Transfers, Cheques and Postal Orders.

If you choose the ‘Pay Pal & Credit & Debit Cards’ option, you will be directed to a secure page to log into your pay pal account. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you can still pay by card using this method, simply follow the instructions from Pay Pal.

 

If you select the ‘Pay via Bank Transfer’ option, you will see a page with our Bank Account and Sort Code. Please make payment as soon as possible to this account, using your order number as the payment reference. If you bank with HSBC, we should receive your transfer instantly; otherwise it could take up to 3 working days to show in our account.

 

If you select the ‘Pay by Cheque Option’, please pop your Cheque (or Postal Order) in the post with a note of your order number, and send this to us at: Victoria Mills, 402-406 Wakefield Road, Denby Dale, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD8 8RP. 

 

If you would like to ‘Pay by Telephone’, please select this payment method, and then call us on 0845 241 6986, with your order number and card details. We will then process your payment over the phone. Please be advised that we are only available to process payments during office hours, so if you are unable to get through, please leave us a message with your name and telephone number, and we will call you back ASAP.
