Delivery Information:

 

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UK and we do not allow collections in person unless you have ordered in bulk (50 x 15kg bags minimum).

 

We process orders daily and dispatch them Monday-Friday only. All orders are sent within one working day of purchase. Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 9.30am. Therefore, if your order is received after 9.30am, it will not be processed or shipped until the following working day.

 

Please allow up to 1-3 working days for your order to be delivered, or for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (as your parcel will probably be travelling by air or sea which will obviously take slightly longer).

 

Receiving your delivery:  

 

 

All orders must be signed for, unless you give consent for the parcel to be left somewhere without a signature.  Please be aware that if your parcel is left at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage.

 

We are unable to give specific dates or times when deliveries will take place. Parcels will be delivered Monday-Friday, normally between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We cannot ask the driver to contact you personally to arrange a convenient delivery time, sorry.

 

What if I am not in when the courier attempts delivery?

You will receive a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. If you receive an attempted delivery card, please ensure that you follow the instructions to get your FREE re-delivery.

 

Can the courier leave my parcel somewhere for me if I’m not in?

Yes, but only if this was specified to us at the time of order.

 

In some instances, drivers may choose to leave parcels with a neighbour (if they offer to sign for it for example), but if this happens you will receive a note through your door from the courier to advise which neighbour your parcel has been left with.

 

What if I don’t receive my order within the expected time frame?

Please contact us and we will be happy to track your shipment for you.
