We ship using one of the above carriers using a tracked and insured service to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

Orders are processed and packed up daily and we dispatch Monday-Friday only. All orders are sent within one working day of purchase. Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 9.30am. Therefore, if your order is received after 9.30am, it will not be processed or shipped until the following working day.

UK Mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) - Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
For orders up to 30kg, a £6.75 delivery charge applies. For additional parcels going to the same address at the same time, a reduced rate of £4.50 per parcel applies (max 30kg each).

Please consider that pallet deliveries start from just £25+vat per pallet, therefore if you are looking to buy larger amounts, it may work out cheaper for a haulier to deliver to you. Please contact us if this may be of interest to you.

Remote areas - Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands including the Western Isles, Orkney and the Shetland Islands, and Scottish Postcodes: PA 20-49, PA 60-78, PH17-26, KW, KA28, KA27, IV, HS, PH 30-44, PH 49-50, ZE - Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
For orders up to 30kg, an £11.75 delivery charge applies and due to excessive surcharges, we regret that we cannot offer reduced rates for any additional parcels being delivered to the same address at the same time.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UK and we do not allow collections in person unless you have ordered in bulk (50 x 15kg bags minimum).

Receiving your delivery:  
All orders must be signed for, unless you give consent for the parcel to be left somewhere without a signature.  Please be aware that if your parcel is left at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage.
We are unable to give specific dates or times when deliveries will take place. Parcels will be delivered Monday-Friday, normally between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We cannot ask the driver to contact you personally to arrange a convenient delivery time, sorry.

What if I am not in when the courier attempts delivery?
You will receive a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. If you receive an attempted delivery card, please ensure that you follow the instructions to get your FREE re-delivery.

Can the courier leave my parcel somewhere for me if I’m not in?
Yes, but only if this was specified to us at the time of order.
In some instances, drivers may choose to leave parcels with a neighbour (if they offer to sign for it for example), but if this happens you will receive a note through your door from the courier to advise which neighbour your parcel has been left with.

What if I don’t receive my order within the expected time frame?
Please log into your order history using the box at the top left of the screen. From here you will be able to find your tracking number to trace your order. Alternatively, you can contact us if you need help.
