DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Shipping is via XDP Express Couriers on an over night delivery service.
 
Dispatch time frames:
All orders are sent within one working day of purchase and we dispatch Monday-Friday only.
The cut off time for same day dispatch is 9.30am. Therefore, if your order is received after 9.30am, it will not be shipped until the following working day.
 
Delivery time scales:
England, Wales & Scotland Central are sent on a next day delivery service (which excludes weekends & bank holidays).
We are unable to give specific dates or times when deliveries will take place, but our carriers will specify if a parcel is due for delivery in the morning or afternoon if you check the tracking.

N.B.-Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your parcel. You will be able to check the tracking once the item has been scanned into our collection depot (which is usually at around 5pm on the date of collection).


All parcels will normally be delivered Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm. However, at busy times, deliveries may be as late as 7pm.

Drivers work to tight delivery schedules, with as many as 70 drops per day, therefore it is not possible for them to contact you personally to arrange a convenient delivery time or wait at your property.

If you have any delivery instructions (i.e. leave with a neighbour or leave in porch), please make a note of these in the instructions box at checkout so that we can pass your message onto the courier.

Once your order has been accepted, we will be unable to change the delivery address or add delivery instructions, so please check that all details are correct at the time of order.
 
Receiving your delivery:
All orders must be signed for, unless you give consent for the parcel to be left somewhere without a signature, at the time of ordering.

Please check your order before signing for it. If there is any sign of loss or damage or if you are unhappy with it the condition of the order, please refuse it so that the courier to return the shipment to us.
If an order is returned to us due to damage, we will replace it at no extra cost.
